1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beeline Survey ("the Service"), operated at beelinesurvey.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beeline Survey is a feedback collection platform that allows users to create survey templates, manage client lists, and send feedback request emails. The Service includes a form builder, email delivery, response collection, and analytics dashboard.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam emails.
  • Collect personal information without proper consent from recipients.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam legislation.

5. Email Sending

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have proper consent to email the recipients you add to the platform. You must comply with all applicable email and privacy laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and the Australian Spam Act 2003. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that generate excessive spam complaints.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Beeline Survey. You retain ownership of all content you create and upload through the Service, including templates, client data, and survey responses.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you collect through your surveys and must handle it in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeline Survey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
